Anyone able to use this with a Drone?
Posted 17 December 2016 - 04:46 PM
Yes I did, I 3d printed the DJI gimbal brackets and used the rubber shock absorbers that came with my drone so it helps keep the camera steady. i also bought the waterproof plastic bottle type mount for the LG and put my camera in it to help protect it. I was able to mount the waterproof mount to the gimbal guard on the bottom of my drone. It actually worked pretty good. If you would like pictures let me know and i can e mail you some.

This is pretty good and funny video! I like the way you guys flew inside the building through window. However, it would look even better if camera was mounted underneath the drone, do not you think? drone wings are in my view all the time. How is it mounted?
