Hi I was wondering if you could help with a problem I am encountering regarding stitching videos filmed with the PixPro SP 360 4k.

I recorded with the dual pack simultaneously and the output is very laggy in sound and slowed down in the raw file. This problem disappears when I unfold the video with the PixPro SP360 4k using Global unfold. However when I want to stitch these new outputted video files, PixPro 360 STITCH says they are not round anymore but front and give me the error that the aspect ratio is not supported. Same happens when I choose the Panorama output.

When I drag in the original files, they are recognized as round and I can stitch them. However when I play the exported file this is again very laggy / slowed down.

My question is, what do I have to change so the unfolded files from PixPro SP360 4K that play good can also be stitched. Or perhaps there is another workaround?

Thanks in advance,
Joost
