Hi all

I've recorded several 360 degree videos using the Gear 360, but when I play them on my Gear VR, they don't play in full 360 degree - mine come up as 2 spheres rather than one overall image/video.  There's no smooth overlap, no matter which program I use in Oculus.

The only video that worked (sort of) was one I edited via the Gear 360 ActionDirector.  Please tell me I don't have to do that for every single video!  I'm considering sending it back!

Anyone had the same problem, or able to offer any helpful suggestions?

It seems you are looking at the raw (unstitched) video.

The simple way to convert the videos is to copy them from the camera to the phone. You can do that in the Gear 360 software on your phone.
