Hi. Used the camera for the first time today and uploaded the vid to youtube. It allowed me to move around inside the video but it left a wide, black gap that ended in a circular black hole at the top. What went wrong?

Hi kristian.  So far, the only headset that is compatible with 360 degree videos and photos on Facebook are Oculus Rift and Samsung/Oculus Gear VR.  I think it's because Facebook invested in Oculus, so it wants to promote Oculus products.  For what it's worth, the videos and photos look good on the Gear VR.

Best regards,

Mic
