Ok, so Insta360 Studio requires 2:1 aspect ratio. If your camera doesn't record in 2:1, the options will be greyed out. For example, on the Nikon Keymission, 4K mode gives 3840 x 2160 which is not 2:1 so you need to shoot your video at the 1920...

I did a live stream through Periscope and it seemed to work well from an LTE connection. I think Periscope compresses the video a bit too much as some viewers said it was a bit "blocky" even when I wasn't walking. Even with that, the small handful of viewers I had seemed to enjoy it! Now if only Facebook live would recognize the camera.
