Is there simple metadata adjustment software for 360deg video?

I have been experimenting with the Kodak Pixpro360, and due to various installation constraints, i am often getting video orientation wrong, so when i use the Pixpro software it is at 90 degrees or other wrong orientation.

There is limited adjustment in the Pixpro software, and sometimes the option that i believe will fix it is greyed out (very frustrating).

Be nice to manually look into the .mp4 metadata, manually change things so that the orientation is right when i go to upload.

Tried to fix in youtube Metadata tool - but that also has limited options - and not the ones to fix it...

Cheers
