Hello, has anyone imported videos that were copied from the memory card onto a hard drive? My Humaneyes does not see mp4 files on the computer, and only seems to import off the card or camera. Any insights?

(18.01.2017) After reading the manual intensively the pairing with iPhone and iPad is still a disaster. For now: one should forget the app and use the Nikon KeyMission 360 with ones own hands. Photos and videos can be shot without a smart device. Using the software "KeyMission 360/170 utility" one can copy videos and pictures to iMac/MacBook. Then it's easy to upload e.g. to facebook or youtube. It is unfortunately not possible to upload with a desktop device to instagram, so let's hope and wait for firmware/software updates. Let's try to relax. Regards, Elmar

Elmar,

To post your videos to instagram with an iPhone I use Google Drive to upload the file from PC. From there you can export the file on your iOS device to Instagram. This works for me. BR, Daan
