Hello, has anyone imported videos that were copied from the memory card onto a hard drive? My Humaneyes does not see mp4 files on the computer, and only seems to import off the card or camera. Any insights?

Hi Guys,

I just bougt a Nikon Keymission 360 and I am playing around with the video's. I want to edit them in Adobe Premiere Pro (2017 version). Editing works fine but when I am exporting I can't seem to find the right settings. Is there anyone here who can help me getting the settings right for exporting?

Thanks in advance

I have the sam issue..I can see the videos in the pgm monitor and edit them, but when I export the project the result is a flat video with two "black squares". I tried different settings, check and uncheck the VR box...but no way. With other 360 cameras I have to do the stitching before importing to premiere but the keymission doesn't have choice...any solutions?

Besides I cannot watch the clips in the Keymission Utility. I can see the thumbnails, but when clicking on them nothing appears in the main screen...so dissapointed...
