Best way to view the videos in a VR headset (phone)?

    I took all sorts of videos and pictures on my Insta360Nano, downloaded them onto my computer, edited them and now want to view them again on a VR Headset. 

    It's easy to click "VR" on the videos that are still on the Phone, but once you transfer videos from the Nano to the Computer, I can't find a way to get them back onto the Phone again. (I dragged them back into the folder on the Nano, but they aren't "seen" when I open the App on the phone.) 

    I also tried to upload to YouTube, but it's just pan and scan. I can't get it to switch to the VR View no matter how I encode, export or beg and plead... 

     

    Halp!

      Ahh... Filenames have to be in a specific format, or they won't show up:
      IMG_YYYYMMDD_XXXXXX_XXX
      or
      VID_YYYYMMDD_XXXXXX_XXX
