Hello, has anyone imported videos that were copied from the memory card onto a hard drive? My Humaneyes does not see mp4 files on the computer, and only seems to import off the card or camera. Any insights?

I am using windows 10. After update LG Bridge now it is not detecting my LG 360 cam. I updated my cam two times. But I reinstalled win 10 then installed lg bridge Ver....

External Power for the SP360 4K

Howdy...

I'm having some trouble with powering my SP360 4K's externally... I have a bunch of USB power adapters, most rated at 2+ amps, but it seems hit or miss as to whether they will actually power the cameras...

For example, I have an ANKER USB charger for iPhone that WILL power up the cameras, but a similar ANKER charger but designed for an IPAD will not power up the cameras...

I'm wondering if anyone has found any rhyme or reason behind this? It'd be great to figure out what the cameras are actually looking for, and then get a couple of external chargers to run them..
