    Hi guys

Sorry if this post has been already asked, but I am on a crazy time frame so will continue to search the forum after posting.

I have bought the eyeball camera and taken some video, exported from the camera to the S6 using the 360 app, then moved this video into the 360 video folder on the phone.

When I try to view this video in Oculus videos, it just freezes.

If I try to play the video vide the Oculus Internet, it plays.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I investigated by making a smaller video (the first was over a minute long) and it plays. So something tells me file size may be an issue.

Please help, I am in the proverbial as things stand.

    Yours

    Lemosapien

Hi Lemosapien. Have you tried updating the Oculus Videos app? Also, would you be ok using another player such as Moonplayer?

    Best regards,
    Mic

Oculus says it's up to date, but there is a notification on the phone saying an update is required.

My guess is that it wants to install the S7 version.

Saw Moonplayer, is this a plugin for Oculus?

        Thanks Mic

        Lem
