Hello, has anyone imported videos that were copied from the memory card onto a hard drive? My Humaneyes does not see mp4 files on the computer, and only seems to import off the card or camera. Any insights?

Hi,

Recently got the sp360 4k and have just done a quick test with video and still images. the quality before and after is pretty dramatic.

After i stitch it together and save out the video or image, there is heavy clamping on the colours and it gets very compressed looking. the stills are 2880 x 2880 and then combined in the stitch software. the file size is about 3mb for each image from the camera, seems quite small imo but then after its stiched its about 1mb...way too small considering it can output at 7680x3840 and 5760x2880.

how can i get the software to output a better quality?

Thanks
