    Hi all,

Long story short, I ended up taking some 360 photos for a business at the weekend and I'm having trouble getting the photos to work properly.

They want to upload the photos to their Facebook page, but when they do, they just come out as ordinary panoramas, not full 360 photos. I've tried emailing the photos and sending them via Dropbox, but it's the same problem every time. I sent them to a friend who works in IT and he can't get them to work either (he tried Firefox and Chrome), so it's not something the customer is doing.

I've tested the photos myself using my Facebook page on two laptops and a PC (using Firefox and Chrome) and they work fine every time. (I emailed the photos to another account, downloaded them to hard drive, uploaded them to my FB account, and they worked.)

I would happily let them share the content from my Facebook page, but that's against their policy (or whatever).

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

Hi Warewulff, have you checked the Facebook site regarding 360 content?

Yeah, I tried that but it didn't work. I ended up posting the images directly to their wall. It's actually going to be quite a big problem if I can't simply email or Dropbox someone a 360 photo.
