The tripod socket has come loose. It can still snug into position, but eventually comes loose. It looks like the metal (soft metal) has sheared just under the collar of the socket. There have been no impacts or over-tightening. Has anybody else had this problem?
Hi, A few days ago my gear 360 fell to the floor. After this, it was working well, there wasn't any problems with its functions, but today it looks like one lens is damaged. If I connect it to the app, it shows the half of the canvas black. Here I put the the images, so you can see the problem. Do you know any way to fix this problem? Please!
Since the sp360 4K cameras are 4K each, shouldn't the raw 360 output be the equivalent of two 4K cameras I.e 5.6K? Is this what it is? If not then why is the sp360 output noticeably sharper than that of any other 4K 360 camera?
Hello everyone, someone knows how to save a "Tiny planet" image from the Xiaomi app ? - I chose my 360 picture - I click on "edit" - I click on "view" - I select "Tiny planet" - I click on "Save"......... but the "Tiny planet" picture is not saved as it appears on the screen... when I go to the gallery I see only see the original image copied... I tried again and I found a third copy of the original picture... is this à bug ? thank you in avance DenDen
